Here is your itinerary for the day:
- Departure: Our tour will start at the main square of Gjirokaster, Cerciz Topulli Square, where you will meet your guide and jump into one of our unique off-road vehicles. Our tour is a full-day excursion that lasts for 7+ hours.
- Ex-Communist Villages: We will start our journey by heading towards the ex-communist villages of Valare, Shen Thodher, and Erind. Here, you will learn about the history of these unique villages and the impact that communism had on the region.
- Field of Cajupi: We will then climb to the field of Cajupi and make a stop at the spring of Brat. At this point, we will also visit a luxurious shepherd's hut where we can have a shepherd's style breakfast. Here you will have the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful sights and take magnificent pictures.
- Region of Zagoria: We will restart the trip now through the region of Zagoria and our next stop will be an abandoned magnificent bridge dating back to 1777. This is a great place to rest and cool down before we hop back in the cars.
- Holy Apostles Church: Our next stop will be at the Holy Apostles church in Hoshteve. This is a must-visit destination, with breathtaking paintings inside.
- Lunch at Pelican Village: We will then head to Policani village, where we will stop for lunch. Here, you will enjoy the bio products of the region, which are known for their unique flavors and aromas.
- Waterfall of Selcka: After lunch, we will head towards the waterfall of Selcka, which is a miracle of nature and an unbelievable "swimming pool." This will be our last stop for a day to remember.
